Airport Real Estate (L1 Course)

The curriculum is designed for airports at all stages of the development process, and for participants at all stages of their career. Airport Hotel Development (L2 Course)
Hotels are an essential airport real estate product: they’re in high demand, attractive to investors, and a lucrative source of non-aviation income. Designed for graduates of the L1 course and other qualified professionals, this course offers a deep-dive into how to develop an airport hotel, highlighting the key financial, legal, design, and customer service considerations.

Both courses are led by Dr. Max Hirsh (PhD, Harvard) and Pieter van der Horst (MSc, MRE MRICS), two leading global experts with complementary backgrounds in aviation, real estate, and urban development. Guest lectures by Zurich Airport’s real estate, hospitality, and international management teams highlight the “big picture” issues that fundamentally determine the success or failure of any airport real estate project.

Course Fee

The course fee is €2.299 per participant (excl. VAT).

Accommodation

We are pleased to offer a preferential room rate at Radisson Blu Zurich Airport. Participants will receive a discount code upon registration.
Please note that rooms are limited. We strongly encourage you to book early.

Additional options at Zurich Airport include Hyatt Place and Hyatt Regency. There are also many hotels near Kloten Balsberg station, which is one tram stop from the airport.
